Dedicated. Professional. Courteous. And in these times of CoVid, Safe. Recently booked manicure, pedicure, eyebrow waxing and a facial. Someone with a mask met me at the door to spray my hands with sanitizers. Partitions between all the services areas, masks on every employee. Unfortunately no spa robes or complimentary water and snacks. But when this passes, I’m sure those lovely extras will be back.

Kathleen did a wonderful job on my facial. She was very kind and friendly. I really appreciate everything she did and I know it’s hard to work with glasses, a face shield, and mask, however she worked with no complaints and flawlessly. I’ve already booked my next appointment for next week.

Public Health measures were closely followed. As always, the staff were courteous and professional. The pedicure area is clean. Plexiglass dividers are in place. Hand sanitizer is readily available. The facial was very comfortable and felt safe.

Had an awesome facial at Terrame Jones Valley! Celebrating annual mommy/daughter day on my daughters birthday. We both left there feeling so relaxed and our skin was glowing. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to feel pampered. For those worried about the current Covid crisis, no worries, they have it all figured out and at no time were we exposed to any other customers. We are huge Terrame fans at both Jones Valley and Mid-City in Huntsville, service is ALWAYS wonderful! Great experience and will definitely do this again :)
