They are way overpriced when you call on a Saturday they will charge you more for coming out and that makes sense. But not to charge you more for the part because it is after hours. One or the other but not both. I was charged $318.00 to have them replace a thermocouple. That is a $7.00 part and was charged $200.00 dollars just for the part!!!! Will not ever call them for a repair and will let all my friends and coworkers not to as well. The technician was very nice a polite. Did good work. In the end they gave us 30 dollars back as a gesture but the really should have be giving a $150.00 dollars back to make things right!!!

Two times I have been out of town and something had gone wrong. First it was my furnace quit working. Next time my water heater started leaking. They came out right away both times and had it fixed with in hours. Affordable and great service. It's comforting to me to know they are around.

My wife and I have used Terry's since we moved to Twin Falls 16 years ago... They redid the duct work on our house.. put in a new Furnace and Air conditioner.. They also put in our water heater about 12 years ago, and as we get ready to replace it, we have again called them to do the job. Their employees are always professional and polite, and they never leave the house dirty when done with a job. I Highly recommend Terry's without hesitation..

With guests in the house, we awoke Monday morning to find that we had no hot water. Thinking that the pilot light

had gone out on the water heater, I called Terry's at around 8:30 a.m. They were here at noon and were unable to relight the pilot as my gas had run out.. Naturally this became my gas provider's problem, however once again I have to praise Terry's for their concern and quick response. Many thanks--I know I can always count on you.
