With guests in the house, we awoke Monday morning to find that we had no hot water. Thinking that the pilot light
had gone out on the water heater, I called Terry's at around 8:30 a.m. They were here at noon and were unable to relight the pilot as my gas had run out.. Naturally this became my gas provider's problem, however once again I have to praise Terry's for their concern and quick response. Many thanks--I know I can always count on you.
