Very pleasant and friendly reception. Relaxing waiting area and inviting overall atmosphere. Love that you can't see people being worked on from the mall or entrance of shop.

They were very accommodating because I had booked for a pedicure before my hair appointment but the lady who was going to do pedicure was ill suddenly. they called me and asked if I would have my pedicure after my hair and Shelley did a great job. Thank You

I've never been so dissatisfied in my life with my hair. I paid over $300 and came out with a head full of grey hair still. I can't believe I was charged so much and still walked out with grey hair. I'm shocked and so upset that the Headshoppe only offered a discount for me to book another appointment and pay out of pocket to cover my greys. I've been to many salons over the years, and this is my first time ever complaining about a hair service. Its the most expensive hair appointment I've had in my life, and the worst result. At over $300, and 3+ hours in the chair, you would think they should have covered the greys that I went in to get covered. I can not believe that I have to walk out of the Headshoppe after paying $320+ and then walk into another salon to fix my hair... My reason to go to the Headshoppe in the first place was to take a break on my credit card from expensive salons. Turned out to be much more expensive and a terrible result in the end. If I was satisfied with the result (or even their offer to fix it!) I would have paid and never complained. But I'm dissatisfied and for some reason, the Headshoppe doesn't seem to care. I'll be avoiding the Headshoppe forever more and will warn others of my experience as well.

Kaitlyn was responsive to my requests, asked if I was ok with what we had decided and didn't pressure me into a cut I did not want nor products I would never use.

I would recommend her to others

As an irregular regular (a walk -in on 99% of my appointments) I enjoy the variety of individuals working at The Head Shop.
