She was right on time which I appreciate, friendly, and an overall pleasant expirence. The lashes are not lasting as long as I would hope however and the price for a fill is more than many other places.
My observation is the stylists hover while you pay for your service..not sure if they are required to or not but it feels like they are checking on you to see if you tip. And I never know how much to tip. Also if you buy product the tip percentage is added for the product as well. It should only be for the stylist service. Great people! great service! Don't like the hovering and the tip process.
I stopped in last night to pick up a gift certificate for Mother's Day, and was welcomed by Katherine. I really value going to the Spryfield - the staff always seem so happy, and the overall atmosphere is efficient, friendly, and fun!
As always, Kim patiently listened to my idea about going grey in the future. Kim then as usual,l gave me excellent advice on how to deal with this puzzle. Kim is a great colourist and I value her opinion greatly. Kim is the voice of reason when I go into the shop in a bit of a tail spin. Thanks Kim
