My massage was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! My son gave me a massage gift certificate he purchased from Groupon. When I called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist immediately cancelled the first appointment she made me because that therapist didn't accept Groupon. Then she proceeded to tell me twice that my son purchased this massage for $55 and it was actually worth $95 and that I would be expected to provide the therapist gratuity on that amount. I would have done that anyway, but the entire conversation did not leave me with a good feeling about this salon. If a salon wishes to treat customers using Groupon in this manner, maybe they shouldn't use Groupon.
