The service itself was excellent. Katie did a great job on my massage. Booking the appointment was a bit of a challenge. I called mid-June to book an appointment. I was scheduled for July 4. On July 1 I received a call saying the person assigned to give my massage was no longer with the company, and they needed to re-schedule me. July 14 was the next date. 3 hours prior to my massage I received a call saying they needed to re-schedule me due to a staff member being out. Rescheduled again for July 19. Received a call that morning asking if I could reschedule again due to a sick staff member. I told them I had already been rescheduled twice, and didn't want to reschedule again, so I was actually able to keep my appointment. It was a bit frustrating actually making the appointment, and having them keep it on their end. Not sure if I will return because of this issue. I have 2 kids who require a babysitter, so constantly rescheduling isn't the easiest on my part.
