This time , despite my long many years of satisfaction and feeling of being a valued customer, I felt ignored and was NOT this time felt to be treated as the loyal customer I am
I felt ignored. I felt that there were excuses made for why I had hair colour in much longer than usual. I actually had to go to “ someone” as to how long this colour was going to bake. Many excuses and reasons why. I think those involved had issues and I know that to be true.
Anyway. After all I will still remain loyal but this last experience was not favorable and I feel I was ignored and I was “ treated” with excuses
I am sorry. I have never even replied to these requests for feedback. I cannot give you a passing grade on this experience. It was NOT my usual MT experience and I am very disappointed
