I have been a client of The Dentists for many years and love the staff. However this visit, I was left waiting in the chair for twenty minutes when I was told it would be five. No one came by to check on me, I just waited, in a cold chair and grew frustrated. To top the visit I was drowned by the assistant when we finally did get started on my procedure. At the end of the visit I was asked to pay six times the agreed upon price because she said the insurance would send me the funds. Shouldn't I have been told that when I agreed to the procedure and signed their document?. This visit did not meet their usual caring, attentive expectation.
The Dentist replied:
We apologize for this instance. It is not our usual standard of care and we are going to continue to improve and do better. Thank you for giving us this feedback

My experience with MainLane in Bastrop was 100% positive and I will continue to take my car there.
