I'm very happy they fixed my laptop in 2 days. It was running a little slow once I got it back. I still had to contact Apple to help me with some stuff. I didn't appreciate the customer service. When I went to drop off and pick up my laptop, I feel like I wasn't given the best service compared to how I saw the workers interact with other people.

I had a very positive experience. The sales people were courteous, forthcoming, and knowledgeable. Having worked as a computer technician. This was most gratifying. I highly recommend The Mac Ranch.

Over the past year I have bought two computers and several accessories at the Mac Ranch. Your store is comfortable and has good products. However, I have found the customer service to be very disappointing. It seems like each time I am there, the sales person I talk with will help out and then drift away to somebody else never to be communicated with again. This is particularly difficult with Caleb steps in, because he is just not focused. I feel like the sales people, Bill as an exception, are always looking over my shoulder for the next person or task.

When you did repair work on my wife's computer last fall, it came back with a "new" keyboard, but it was clearly a used keyboard. It is an old PowerBook. Still, when we asked about this, the person said that they would have let us know that it was a used keyboard. (Crusty dirt on the keys is generally a sure sign that a keyboard is not new.)

I want you to succeed. I want to buy local. But it is really hard to go into the Mac Ranch because I never feel like I am going to get good service. As another example, last year I went in to pick up a computer that was ready. It took me 45 minutes to get the attention of the person who could then reach under the desk and hand me the computer. Yikes.

Location makes it work to go to the Mac Ranch. If I compare the service to other places, the Mac Ranch is far below average.

Sorry for the hard feedback, but I hope you will be able to use it to make things better.

Service was good - friendly, courteous, prompt.

However, I was about to call you because the new battery does not seem to hold a charge any longer than the one I had replaced. Have you observed this?

Dave and the gang at Mac Ranch are true professionals. Service is the key to the success of any retail business and Mac Ranch is spot on. I had an issue with Apple over an iPad I had purchased. Dave, though he was under no obligation to me to correct the situation, resolved my problem immediately. This is real customer service!

We in Durango are fortunate to have a store which sells, teaches and repairs Apple products.

I have purchased two iPads from them and am taking in my old mac computer to have it upgraded.

There are many options for purchasing and repairing Apple products. In Durango the only one to consider is --MAC RANCH! You won't be disappointed.

Problem was solved (to my great relief) in a timely manner. With the purchase of a different lightning, and demonstration of how it worked with my Epsom projector, all my anxieties about giving my presentation were eliminated.
