I had the Queen for a Day package and felt every inch a queen all day. Donnie was my massage therapist, and I could rave on about his wonderful massage. Donnie was more than capable and well trained, he was adept at being neither aloof or overly friendly, with just the right amount of conversation. He put me at ease immediately. Donnie showed both sensitivity and strength. I'd better not say any more nice things about him or I'll never be able to get a booking with him!
All of the staff was pleasant, attentive, and helpful. I only remember Paige's name (and she was great!), but all the interactions were just right.
The massage was excellent. My complaint is I scheduled a 60 minute massage. They were running about 10 minutes late, yet my massage ended an hour from my appointment time. That meant my massage was cut 10 minutes short. Expensive as these massages are: they should give you the full 60 minute massage!
The food does not taste as fresh as it did since a few months ago it seems as if the meats are precooked now instead of made fresh daily. I have been a customer for a long time and I was only given a robe and not asked about slippers. Also the queen for a day treatment should have noted that the food scrub was done in the massage not as a pedicure on the brochure that was very confusing it seemed like it could part of a pedicure.
Thank you for feedback. We have addressed your complaints
I always have the best time and refer all my friends from
Charlotte to drive here instead of Ballantyne Spa.
Honest feedback on my facial- it was a 45 minute service. We did not start until 10:14 and she promptly ended at 10:47. I was in the waiting room 5 minutes before my service as required. I felt a little jipped. The service itself and my attendant was very pleasant.
