This appointment was pretty much the way it should be. But overall, in the past I had long waits. In addition, these are always medical appointments, and the information has to be faxed or emailed to my neurologist before I see him, usually 3 weeks later. Each time I instruct the test administrator and the woman working admission and bills, and over half the time the information has not gotten forwarded. That wastes my expensive and hard-to-get appointment with my neurologist if he doesn't have the information at the time of our appointment.
So you must make sure that your staff pays more attention to your patients's instruction. I shouldn't have to check with my other doctor to make sure that they've already gotten the information. By the way, several times, his office still didn't get the information for another one or two days, severely limiting the time the neurologist has to review my results.
If you can show constant progress in that function, I'll be more likely to recommend you.
