I've been going to Toyo for years simply because on more than one occasion (including this last one) the solution to my problem was done at either no cost or minimal cost. When bringing my Sequoia in, and expecting the worst, it's refreshing to have someone fix it honestly and without trying to tell me I need several other repairs done as well. That kind of ethical business is what keeps me loyal to Toyo.

I'd like a better break down of what I was charged for and what I will be charged for when I ask for an estimate. My receipt only tells me the total cost of parts (not the breakdown) and doesn't tell me how much labor cost. The more I know, the less I feel like I'm getting ripped off. The men I spoke with were extremely friendly, but they were only able to tell me what my receipt read.
Pleasant experience, gentleman at front desk was extremely nice and professional. I waited while car was getting serviced was impressed with waiting room had everything i needed, a connection for internet, coffee, snacks and tables.
It is so nice to know there is a great place I can take my Prius and have quality trusted service that doesn't break the bank. Thankyou Toyo! Also, Nick is one of the nicest knowledgeable guys you could have talking to customers.
This was my first visit after several decades of being with my previous eye doctor. I was impressed with the office staff, with Dr. (Matthew) Heller and with the optician who helped me with my eyeglasses purchase. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this practice to friends - thanks for a very positive experience!
