I am disappointed in your policy on no return on product purchases. Your stylists recommend-push product, which I purchased. Aveda Dry remedy shampoo. This stuff smells terrible and I will not use it on my hair. I attempted to return it, but noticed the receipt says no returns on product. After you make a purchase it's a bad time to know there are no returns. If your customer is unhappy, there should be options. I paid 30.00 for shampoo that will never be used.
