I was at the salon to get an undercut with a design. The girl was extremely nice in helping me find a good design for my hair. Everything was going well until she started doing the design. The clippers she used must have been dull because she cut my neck so bad I couldn't touch it after. It looked like I had been mauled by an animal. My head was bleeding in several areas. She said the redness was from the teeth of the clipper running against my head... IT WASN'T!! I have had to put triple antibiotic ointment on it daily since I got the cut to assure it doesn't get infected. In addition, it has prevented me from wearing my hair up to show off the design because it looks so bad. Almost a week later and it still hurts to touch.

This was my first visit to Tuscan. Kelsey was great, she listened to my concerns and took care of my damaged nails. The spa has a very relaxing feel, soothing music, refreshment, so unlike what you experience at a mall manicure and at a better price. Highly recommended.

I am disappointed in your policy on no return on product purchases. Your stylists recommend-push product, which I purchased. Aveda Dry remedy shampoo. This stuff smells terrible and I will not use it on my hair. I attempted to return it, but noticed the receipt says no returns on product. After you make a purchase it's a bad time to know there are no returns. If your customer is unhappy, there should be options. I paid 30.00 for shampoo that will never be used.

Is your no return policy clearly listed at the register upon checking out?
