Awesome service. Top notch, gentle, responsive care. We thought our cat had a broken leg, and called VCA, after our regular vet put us on hold for 20 minutes. VCA responded quickly and gently and set us up a chart as we raced to the hospital. We were welcomed with smiles at the reception area which calmed us down, and the doctor was looking at our cat within 10 minutes of entering the front door. We received thorough advice, quick and top notch care for our pet, which continues even now that she is home. You can tell a well-managed business by its front desk staff. They were happy and responsive to clients, as we watched them handle clients bringing in everything from birds with broken winds to huge Newfoundland dogs.We were told they have 25 veterinarians on site. Classic music was even playing in their large, very clean front lobby. Says it all. On price, the charge for our emergency care was equal to what our vet was charging for regular visits, so very reasonable. We are making VCA our regular vet now, as they do more than emergencies.
