Dr. Ayers is a very dedicated veterinarian and a very good surgeon. His staff is equally dedicated and strive to give patients the very best care. I have been very pleased with the dental work. This is a veterinary hospital that truely cares about the patients. Very good bedside manners from the entire staff.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years driving down from Roseville because I loved the great customer service I received and the attentive care my dog got. The last 6 months or so the care and customer service and care has become so poor I am looking for a new vet. The last time I visited I brought in my two dogs. They gave one dog a $200 allergy shot that has done nothing to improve his suffering. He got the shot without consulting me or telling me the price. I brought in my other dog for a nail trip and a shot they had had emailed me saying was due. I asked the tec who was doing his nails if it were possible to trim some of the hair on his paws. I was charged an extra $20 because they said my little dog was being "difficult" and they did not trim his fur they only cut his back nails and left his front ones long. When I went to pay I was handed a huge bill that I had no knowledge that I was accruing. I had to take my little dog to a groomer who charged me half the price to do what I had wanted done. The groomer said he was fine and wasn't being difficult. I even peeped though the window to watch. I have never had any complaints about my dog being difficult when being groomed. It is not his favorite thing but he tolerates it. If my little dog was being SO difficult they should have just stopped and told me. Not charge me twice for something they did not want to do. As for my big dog he is still suffering from his allergies and no sign of improvement. You can not charge clients without talking to them about the price. I am actively looking for a new vet and will not be returning unless they remedy their poor customer service. I will be posting this review on yelp.

Dr. Ayres and the staff are always willing to help me with my pets in any way that they can.

I appreciate Dr. Ayres and his vast knowledge. He is a kind human being that has compassion for people and animals.

I can ask Dr. Ayres just about anything about my pets and he always answers my questions.

A very nice visit. Coming at 4pm on tuesday, everything went very guickly, total of thirty minutes, recommendations were made..Everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful..
