I was called into the office in a timely manner, the facility was clean and orderly, and the staff was nice/helpful. But what I appreciated most was the time the vet took with my dog. She did everything slowly and carefully while offering lots of treats, all with the aim of making my dog as comfortable and nerve-free as possible. It really made all the difference.
I took my dog Onyx in because he had what appeared to be worms. The veterinary assistant and doctor we friendly, efficient and informative. I received information on preventative measures I need to take and medicine I could administer that day to treat my dog. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Compared to a previous Veterinary experience I really appreciate the experience I had here. Dr. Crocker and staff on duty made me and my dog feel comfortable and worked through my dog’s fear very well.
I have 10 cats in four separate living areas. Six are feral- 3 in an indoor storage area & 3 in outside shelters. Four indoor cats (one recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism) are seen by a vet. We are transitioning from 13 years with a doctor that made house calls. This is a very anxious time for us as I don't drive and no longer have easy access to a doctor for my concerns and emergency questions for all of them. My expectations of this facility were met. The location is good. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. There is an associated doctor that makes house calls and may be a solution for us.
