I was very satisfied the last 2 times, this visit my dog was limping, the doctor was nasty, communication was very poor. Her leg is fractured , a shot was given but there was no care for the issue The leg was not bandaged in anyway. I was told not to walk her ! That was the care my dog received. $740 later my dog won’t move, eat or drink! Prior to this visit she was walking and running with her back leg up now she is worse. Very upsetting , this doctor is not recommended.

Mrs. C, our our Hospital rushed your dog immediately , 1st thing, on a busy Saturday for your limping yorkie. Exam and Xrays were taken. ON DISCHARGE I MET WITH YOU AND DISCUSSED YOU DO NOT HAVE A BROKEN LEG ( THAT YOU LOOKED UP ON GOOGLE THE WORD FRACTURED) YOU WERE TOLD YOU HAVE AN INJURY SINCE YOUR DOG HAS HIP DYSPLASIA, ARTHRITIC STIFLES( KNEES) AND ONLY NEEDED MEDICATION AND REST. NO BANDAGE, SPLINT OR CAST, YOUR DOG DID NOT BREAK HER LEG! THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO YOU., SHE NEVER BROKE HER LEG

The dog day care at Village Animal Hospital is run very well. I do not worry at all about my dog. I know he’s in very good hands. The staff is very cordial and courteous. They also very caring.

Dr Balsamo and his staff are the most devoted and caring humans in the industry. You cannot ask for a better group of people to take care of your precious animals.

My dog had an emergency eye issues last weekend. Dr Ceravolo evaluated the eye immediately and performed minor surgery to protect the eye before I could take him to a vet ophthalmologist. The drops she gave my dog improved the eye so much that he does not require surgery. Dr Ceravolo is truly amazing. She can take care of any problem that my dogs had. The post op care she gave is even better. She was at the hospital early the following morning to make sure my dog was doing fine. I highly, highly recommend her and Villgae Animal Hopsital. The staff is equally as dedicated and as caring as Dr. Ceravolo.

I bring my dogs for the grooming services, boarding and sometimes medical services. The experiences have been excellent!
The staff is very nice and professional. Heather is an excellent groomer for my two dogs!

The grooming staff found something abnormal with my dog during grooming. We are so thankful for them as they found something that needed immediate medical attention. Thank you to the grooming staff and staff at the animal hospital for keeping my dogs healthy !!
