Love the technicians at village.

They all seem so kind & truly love the animals.

That’s a plus in my book because at other offices the staff could care less.

The doctor my dog had yesterday, was much more caring and knowledgeable. HE was able to help my dog a lot more than Saturday's experience! After reviewing the x-ray again a different diagnosis!!Turns out it’s not a fracture so the issue has been resolved differently. Had I seen this doctor on Saturday my previous review would have been a 4 star! Today my dog is doing much better.

Village Animal Hospital replied:

TO Mrs. C again, ITS THE SAME DIAGNOSIS AS SATURDAY, YOUR DOG NEVER BROKE HER LEG!

Village Animal Hospital is the very best!!

I was very satisfied the last 2 times, this visit my dog was limping, the doctor was nasty, communication was very poor. Her leg is fractured , a shot was given but there was no care for the issue The leg was not bandaged in anyway. I was told not to walk her ! That was the care my dog received. $740 later my dog won’t move, eat or drink! Prior to this visit she was walking and running with her back leg up now she is worse. Very upsetting , this doctor is not recommended.

Village Animal Hospital replied:

Mrs. C, our our Hospital rushed your dog immediately , 1st thing, on a busy Saturday for your limping yorkie. Exam and Xrays were taken. ON DISCHARGE I MET WITH YOU AND DISCUSSED YOU DO NOT HAVE A BROKEN LEG ( THAT YOU LOOKED UP ON GOOGLE THE WORD FRACTURED) YOU WERE TOLD YOU HAVE AN INJURY SINCE YOUR DOG HAS HIP DYSPLASIA, ARTHRITIC STIFLES( KNEES) AND ONLY NEEDED MEDICATION AND REST. NO BANDAGE, SPLINT OR CAST, YOUR DOG DID NOT BREAK HER LEG! THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO YOU., SHE NEVER BROKE HER LEG
