The minute we walked in we received great customer service and even though it was our first time visiting, the staff made us feel like they have known us forever! For years I have struggled to get the right prescription for eyeglasses. It wasn't until my appointment with Dr. Jacob that it was determined that my hpb was keeping me from being 20/20. She worked with me while I was getting meds corrected and I was able to get the right prescription. Finally found a practice that isn't in it just for the money. They have a customer for life.
