This last trip was our first trip on the "other side" of the practice... my 4 year old daughter fell off her bike and has a lose front tooth :( Dr Fallert's staff is always so welcoming to me and my family. I showed up with my 4 and 5 year old to get checked out. He did a quick exam to see that it was indeed lose. Out of caution, he took some x-rays... I'm sure glad he did! We found out it was a bit more than met the eye. It turns out she broke her tooth off of the root. Luckily this is a baby tooth. He shared his opinion with me, then took it one step further and called a pediatric dental colleague for his opinion. When that colleague was out of the office, he called another colleague (and Endodontist) to get his opinion. When he discovered that they shared the same opinion, he gave us some tips for home care and told us to call anytime... even during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The staff praised my daughter for being so brave and she felt confident leaving the office (which is great!). Dr Fallert called me later that day to follow up and share the pediatric dentists' shared opinion as well.
I have been a patient at this office for a long time. My son and daughter have as well since they turned 3. Not a month goes by that they ask if it's time to get to go see Kathy and Dr Fallert! They love it as much as I do :)
A big THANK YOU for the great service!
