Really?? Your products are more important than your clients?? If not, that is certainly the message you are sending with the recent "renovation" - basically taking out the comfortable lounge and replacing with an oversupply of product. There is no where to sit to wait now (unless you count those benches) and there was plenty of retail space before. OWNERS: you want to be "customer-focused"? Listen to your loyal customers, and do something about this right away before you have a revolt on your hands. If I didn't like my stylist so much (I've been going to her for 3 years), this week would have been my last appointment. This rating is no reflection on her or the reception staff - this rating is for the management and decision makers. Shame on you!!
I've passed this spa for many years but only yesterday did I enter. First of all, it is beautifully appointed. The staff is gracious and I was immediately asked if I wanted tea or water. I chose the classic facial which included a parafin wrap for my hands and a foot bath (while the esthetician clarified my expectations and skin history.) The bed on which I layed while having the facial was so comfortable I never wanted to leave. Tara, who did my facial, was warm and sensitive. She explained what she was doing when needed but allowed for me to savor the experience. She was also not pushy about selling product which makes me more likely to do so. I left feeling totally relaxed and ready to return and recommend.
