The examine was great. No fault with that. I was going to get glasses and the gentleman left me to help someone else and I was left standing there waiting for him to come back which he never did. I was limited with my time so I had to leave.
I called numerous times ( this was after ample time) to get contacts but was never called back One time I was left holding 8 min. and 1 time it was over 14 min. I was so frustrated from getting the run around. The lady at the front desk was great. Not very pleased with the other office staff. Thank you

I hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve your needs. We have recently changed our software and phone system and have had an illness that left us short staffed.
