Not sure what happened. Been working with the previous staff for years and never had a glitch. They are super. However, with the changes/merger. My order was lost in the shuffle. I shouldn't have to make multiple calls to spend money on new glasses. Customer service and speed of delivery were unusually missing. I'll give things one more chance, but this can't happen again.
