I was very impressed with the whole operation. The Service Writers were professional and knowledgeable and spoke with me to assure I understood what was wrong with my car. It came down to West Escondido Auto fixed the problem not just the result of the problem. I recommend the Test and Inspect. It was complete and found out things I could not have known. In my case BMW has a special battery, you just can not throw in any battery. I have 7 cars. I will use WEA&T, in the long run I will save money.
