The actual people who came out to the house (Wayne and Phillipe) were very professional and courteous. Calling the office after the initial visit was not a pleasant experience though. The woman we dealt with (not Christina but I can't remember her name) acted like we were doing her a favor by giving Wildlife Management our business. Getting answers and any kind of polite reply out of her was like pulling teeth. When someone is investing so much money into your business, I would expect a little more enthusiasm.

The service was very expensive and took a long time from when we contacted you initially until the work was completed (about eight weeks) with minimal communication on timelines. I just don't think the service was worth the spend. I would not recommend your services as a result of cost and time to complete.

We have tried contacting you regarding the services performed at your home, but have not yet received a response from you. The prices were agreed upon prior to servicing the home, as well as a timeline of when the repairs would be started. If there were any issues throughout the project, we would have been more than happy to rectify them promptly, but we had received no communication that there were any issues throughout. Please contact our offices so we can discuss and come to an agreement.
