We love our stove and the instal and service people have been great. However, customer service after they made the sale has been terrible. They no longer answer the phone and will only reply to text or email. Responses to our inquiries regarding ordering replacement parts have been vague, slow and unhelpful.
Excellent! Every step of the installation is discussed and made clear. There are no surprises. The staff and installers are excellent at what they do. The design elements are discussed with the customer thoroughly so as to avoid any surprises or disappointment.
I sent my review of your business along with my payment. I am appalled that you would expect me to pay $187.00 for a 20 minute visit after it was determined from a quick glance that it wasn't possible to provide gas service to my basement fireplace. There was no work performed and even the technician who came out felt there should be no charge for the visit. Electricians, plumbers, even physicians do not charge that much for similar situations! I tried to negotiate the charge with your representative by phone but she insisted that was your minimum fee. This amount is highly inappropriate and does not represent good business practices!
