My recent visit to Yates was for a car detail on our Mercedes. We used a coupon Yates gave to us to make up for an error during our previous visit for our Lexus. The detail on the Mercedes was less than satisfactory because somewhere in the process, the cap to the radio on/off button was removed and never replaced. What was left was a messy sticky uncapped button stub. I am still waiting for Yates to remedy the situation; I haven't heard anything from them yet. In addition, when I got the car home I also discovered the floor mats were not there. I drove back to the shop and the technician said they were in the trunk. They were not. They had to be located in the shop and this necessitated another trip back to the shop for me.
This visit and the previous problematic visit for the Lexus have not demonstrated the attention to "service" that Yates advertises. I would like the cap to be replaced but have no confidence due to the lack of communication from Yates.
