About
Yoga Bound is a Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Therapy studio located in Carlsbad Village. This craftsman house has been completely converted to a Yoga studio with the intention of allowing our guests to feel like they are at home. With style, character and history, this is the perfect space to take your shoes off, roll your mat out and evolve your Yoga practice.
We offer a full and consistent schedule of intelegent, energetic, affordable and music filled Vinyasa flow classes taught by some of the best teachers in San Diego. Our goal is to make sure that classes taught here are accessible to men and women of all ages and levels. For those who are in the mood for a more gentle and fundamentally rooted practice, we also offer gentle Yoga classes as well as structural Yoga Therapy classes taught by a highly trained Yoga therapist. Whatever your Yoga goals are, Yoga bound is a sanctuary where you come to be present, and practice Yoga in a happy, healthy, stress free environment. We invite you to make yourself at home and take your time here, whether before or after you practice to relax in our outdoor, fresh air space.

I really needed a beginners class, but I also can come only in the mornings. I felt a bit out of my league.

Hi! I'm sorry you felt out of your league. Hopefully you can come back to either my class (Alana at 9:30a on Wednesdays or 9:30a on Saturdays) or Kristina's am classes on Tues/Thurs/Sun at 9:30a and we will help you feel more safe with modifications. We also have great beginners classes at 11:30a Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat .
