The communication was top notch. I understood what was to happen when and what I needed to do to prepare for the visit. Louis arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would and was done when he said he would be. The carpet and rugs came out great and were dry in no time. We got the house back in working order by dinner time. Will most definitely be using Zerorez again.
