Everyone at the office treated my granddaughter like a princess. They were patient and explained each step to us. Love the little songs the the dentist sings as she is working in the mouth. My granddaughter has no fear of dentistry now.

We Absolutely Loved our 1st dentist visit. I think as parents we tend to be more nervous than our Little ones & they make it so easy!!! They are beyond caring and explain everything first. They interact with your child in such a way that puts everyone at ease!!! I 100% recommend them!!!

Dr. Kapoor was engaging with my son and helped him feel comfortable with what she was doing. The hygienist appeared to become frustrated with my sons initial refusal to follow her directions. She did not take the time to explain what she was doing or let him see the tools she would be using, both things were very helpful to him at a previous practice. When he did not like the flavor of toothpaste he chose she stated that if he didn't open up she would have to use toothpaste that tasted like nothing which would be really gross. This was not helpful. I understand if flavors can't be changed mid way through and I was able to encourage him to open up to finish the cleaning but the threat to make it taste worse did not motivate him to comply.
