For an honest accounting of this practice look only at the most negative reviews, any four-five star review must be a hoax. This outfit is indeed a "practice" in the most literal sense, and in their case practice does not make perfect. This is a bottom line operation only, just look at the junk food in their lobby vending machine. Long waits, excessive tests, inept staff, illogical explanations. Avoid this place like the plague.

They are rude, unwilling to acknowledge their ineptitude. I have been a patient since 1999 with a good payment history even though insurance coverage ended in early 2000's and then on self pay. When requesting a refill a few days ago it was denied and I called to see if there was a problem with a payment. I found out they were not adhering to a preauthorized monthly charge on the credit card (company credit card with statement going directly to my employer's accounting department) and a new authorization to my personal card which was declined (which was my fault). Upon finding that out I immediately wanted to set up a payment arrangement to clear up the balance. I was told the only way I could set up payment arrangement was to put $150.00 down and a $100.00 a month. Then one of the cards they accept Care Credit you can't make payment on the website or over the phone. I don't have that kind of money and my company no longer pays for my medical expenses - expenses are totally out of my pocket. I am a diabetic and need the meds. I always thought the clinic's office was a reflection of the doctors, now I know that isn't the case at 1960 Family Practice. I will no longer recommend 1960 Family Practice to my family and friends.

I visited the office located at 1960 about 1 week ago. The front office was very friendly and pleasant during my check in for my annual physical. After waiting about 15 minutes after my appointment time I inquired at the front desk when they thought I would be seen as I had other commitments the same day. I was assured it would be just about 10 more minutes as the physician squeezed in a sick baby during his mothers appointment. it was about 8 minutes and the nurse pulled me back to the room. When Dr. Sison came into the room she did my physical and when I told her about a few other things that were bothering me she was very concerned about my conditon and took about 25 extra minutes with me. All's I can say is that I didn't mind waiting the extra time to see my doctor as I know she's giving me the same attention as she gave the patients before me...If I had not mentioned my other issues she wouldn't have fallen further behind I guess.

This place is awful, Drs are a joke, I came for a simple visit and they bill for $150? Some short hispanic lady I had to talk with in billing was the rudest person Ive ever had to deal with, will not go back.

o one EVER calls back! The worst customer service! Promised test results in 24 hours (results that I need for a job). Still waiting. Now they want me to go back in for more tests (not required by the job) before they will sign my paperwork! I'm gonna lose this opportunity because their staff sucks! I HATE YOU 1960 FAMILY PRACTICE AND I WANT MY DAMN MONEY [email protected] Me and my entire family will find new physicians! JERKS

Great physicians!!! I enjoy the service but the wait is ridiculous. I've come 3 different times and have waited over an hr twice of those times. other than the long wait its a great clinic

I was schedule for stress test exam on August 20th. Received email reminder notification and through this process cancel the appointment. Recently received bill for no show and no one in facility will acknowledge receiving cancellation request nor removed the error off my account balance. Will denied charges through my insurance carrier and seeking a more professional health care facility to treat my family health care needs. Better accurate notification system and communication among staff and physician are needed in your organization in order to keep patients

2920 clinic worst service ever.I was charged for test i did not have. I was told that i had bacteria in the urine sample not by the doctor but by the billing clerk yet no one from the doctors office has said anything about it. This over $10.00 a minute doctor had the nerve to send a message to me by the billing clerk. I want my refund it has been 10 days. It took no time to get the money out of my account so why is it taking so long to put it back??? Rufuse to go back.

I have been going to 1960 FP for years, and they have always been great, but each time I go, the wait time for your appt. gets longer; thank goodness they opened a new location off FM 2920.
