Heather always does an excellent job of pampering me. It is great to be able to relax and let someone else take care of me. She likes to introduce new styles but is flexible when I am not.

He got my hair done as I was in a hurry to get in and get looking good before my mother was to die and one hour after I left I got the call she had. The funeral is Monday and I am grateful to Daniel I will be going looking good. He also suggested we do some thing different next time to have a different look and give my hair a break from all the processing which was thoughtful and nice and always is a great thing when your hairdresser cares enough about your hair's condition to say so and I really appreciate that as I want to keep good hair. So I am very happy with every thing. Thanks Daniel!

Heather was great. She is a kind woman who clearly knows what she is doing. I love my color and know that the process of transforming it back to my natural color will take a bit of time. I had a great overall experience and will d finitely be back.

My daughter waited for almost an hour after her appointment started before Daniel finally contacted her and told her he was running late due to a family matter. I understand that family matters are important and would not have been at all upset if he had contacted us beforehand. But waiting 40+ minutes after the appointment to contact us is irresponsible and rude. An hour and 15 minutes later and he still hadn't shown up. If his child had been injured or had some other medical emergency, his lack of contact would have been forgivable. But from what I've gathered, the family matter was the result of an argument with his ex about who should take care of their child's needs. This gave me a very bad impression of him. What kind of person argues about who should take care of their child's needs? When my parents divorced and when my mom didn't take care of my needs, my dad was there like a superhero. He didn't argue or complain. He just did it like a good dad should. And as a good business man, he also had the courtesy to call his clients, or at least his own staff, and made arrangements accordingly. Maybe I got the wrong impression about Daniel's personal situation. I got the information second-hand, after all. But my impression has been made. I have rated my likelihood of recommending 19th st. salon very low. In truth, I will not recommend Daniel personally. But his staff was very courteous and very apologetic and did everything they could to make up for Daniel's folly. I was impressed with them. If I were to recommend 19th st. salon, I will recommend them.

Dr. Fullmer and his staff were absolutely amazing! The front office staff was extremely friendly when checking me in and when scheduling me for my next appointment. Dr. Fullmer made me feel very comfortable and welcome and even talked me through my fears after I explained to him my extreme fear of the dentist. He was absolutely wonderful and caring. And last but definitely not least, Ginny was just spectacular! She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that all was going to be ok. During my appointment she was friendly, gentle and explained everything she was doing all while making sure I was not uncomfortable in any way. She is truly wonderful and I would hands down refer any of my friends and family to Dr. Fullmer. As a matter of fact I had already referred my partner in crime to Dr. Fullmer because of the wonderful care they have provided to my children. Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!
