When two furnaces went out recently, three phone calls were placed to the business between 8 am and 5 pm, Mon-Fri. Never spoke to a live person and had to leave messages with each phone call. Three weeks later, there has been no return phone call.
Would really like to use this local business, but if I can't even get a return phone call I have to find a business that will return phone calls and send someone out to restore heat.
