I was very disappointed in the wait time. The dentist was fast, but slow cleaning for my 4 kids. For my 5 yr old son and I was extremely upset with his services. They put a bunch of topical gel in his mouth to numb it, and then without my knowledge numbed it more with a needle. I had to ask was she sticking him with a needle. He said it hurt so she stuck him again without permission and he had the gas mask as well. He's never cried at the debtist beforr and has gotten caps with no problem. Our appointment was at 2pm and we didn't leave until 6:30 pm. The receptionist was very rude. Its safe to determine we will not be returning ever again.
I really enjoyed my experience with Dr Tran and her staff. They are always friendly, courteous, and very professional. Nobody ever enjoys going to the dentist, and at least the staff tries their best to make sure that your experience is as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend 1st Impression to my friends and family.
