I really like going here, and truly appreciate my Dr. However, I think they are in a state of transition and it shows a little bit with their customer service. It is a little off, and they are a little slow since they have moved to the new place. Hopefully this is only transitionary, and we can get back to the same great service we had when they were in the smaller location.

Dr Everett is the best dr i have every had! she takes her time, shes so sweet and friendly, and we always have a good laugh when i visit! she's extremely thorough and explains everything! ive been going to dr everett for over 20 yrs! she takes very good care of my eyes and i am so grateful!
the glasses side is also very thorough and helpful. never any complaints with 20/20 vision!

I have been going to 20/20 now for over 20 years. Even when I lived in San Diego and now Orange County, I cannot imagine myself trussing my vision to anyone else. Dr Everitt is a very caring individual, who has gone out of her way to care for my families vision. Everyone in my family trusts their vision to Dr. Everitt and her extremely caring staff.

My new glasses with the lenses to filter out the "blue" light emitted from the flat screen computer monitors work wonderfully. I could tell a dramatic difference in reduced eye strain by midday.

Nice, new, clean office and helpful staff. The doctor did a great job explaining everything during the exam and they had a wide selection of frames to choose from when it came time to purchase glasses.

After going through several different optometrists throughout the years, my family and I have found THE ONE! Thank you Dr Kim and staff for making us feel welcomed! I called for a same day appt for myself, husband and daughter and we were able to get accommodated right away. From the moment we arrived the staff were very courteous, helpful and walked us through each different procedure. Even the intern was awesome! Dr.Kim took his time on each and everyone of us and thoroughly explained his diagnosis. He answered all our questions and we felt how caring and genuine he was. You have a great team and it truly shows! Got new glasses for my daughter and myself and husband got contacts. Thank you Dr Kim and the 20/20 team!

I have been a patient for many years, the doctors are great and the stuff too except that whoever does billing gave me the wrong information on how much time I had to order my contacts and for the first time in over 10 years I lost my benefit to order contacts for 2013. I got wrong information and I lost about $120 so basically I lot contacts suply of 4 months.
