I love and appreciate the fact...the Clinic will gladly repeat the instructions needed to prepare for my first-ever Cataract surgery...as many times necessary to reduce my anxiety. Everyone especially, Brittney had exceptional communication skills to make me feel comfortable and important. I am sure they repeat the same thing over and over with each and every patient phone call. But, they sound like you are the first caller of the day, not the 85th repetitive question, they have answered. They sound happy, knowledgeable, concerned about me and experienced when talking to me. I also love they answer the phone rather than be subjected to a message..."your call is important to us but we are serving other patients, please hold for the next representative." I really get annoyed by other medical centers such as Providence who have this kind of phone reception.
