This is the best optical office around. I travel approximately an hour to the office and will continue to do so. Dr. Grove is very patient. I have a lot of questions and she took the time to respond to each on I asked. I did not feel rushed and the office staff was wonderful. I also love her choice of frames. The best part is that when I am wearing the frames I purchased I actually forget that I am wearing glasses which is a sign of a great fit.
I have the greatest confidence in Dr. Grove and appreciate how she, and her staff, take the time to let the patient know what is happening, what test is happening next, and the opportunity to ask questions without feeling guilty for asking.
Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and professional. The office itself is beautiful and welcoming. Dr. Grove is personable & caring. She’s exceptional in that during the exam she explains what she looks for in the current photos of the eyeball & compares them to previous years, checking for changes. I’ve never had an eye doctor share this kind of information.
