Was in and out in no time and it was very convenient and even lets me bring my dog with me! Very Friendly. Will definately refer to my family and friends. Loved that I could schedule an apt. and when I got there they took my car right away and did not make me wait even though I had an apt. like some places do. I do apologize for the service engine soon light being on but you posted anonymously so I have no way to know what was done that possibly could have caused the problem. I truly want to make things right if we had anything to do with the light coming on. Please feel free to contact me at the shop or on my cell 804-221-0317. I ask for another chance to make right anywrong doing that we may have done. As for being pricey I have know way if knowing what you were charged but I am very confident you were given an estimate for the work performed and i will tell you I do not claim to be cheaper than anyone because I do not do cheap work. quaility parts are more expensive and my labor is more than compeditive but if you still have a greivance please call me or stop by and I know we can come up with a solution to make this and every other visit from here on out a pleasurable experience. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
