My experience was horrible. Myself and husband had an appointment for 930am my husband was the new patient, they waited until the end of my appointment to let us know my husband doctor had an emergency and couldn't take him. Meanwhile we arrived before 930am and he took the day off work for this appointment. After putting up a fight they said they will take him at 1130am. The Dental assistant took him in for a regular cleaning and it didn't even last 5 minutes. Now tell me what kind of cleaning you can do to a patient in less than 5 minutes. And charge our insurance for the full amount of servicesthat was not render.
My husband was a new patient i have been going there for over 10 years. Its time to find a new Dental office. No one should be treated that way especially when you're insurance is paying for the service. I don't care how much pressure you're under customer service/ public service is important.
