My visit to the 404 Vet Hospital was much smoother and easier than I was anticipating. Everyone from reception to the technicians to the Veterinarian were very patient, friendly, informative and explained everything that was going on in great detail. I would not hesitate a second to return.

Examination was done on-time and was very thorough. Every step was explained in detail and treatment options were given and also explained in detail. We were pleased that some of the samples taken during the exam were evaluated immediately and results given while we were still there.

Everyone we encountered was helpful and considerate.

Visited the 404 Veterinary Emergency and referral Hospital last night and as always the staff were super helpful, empathetic and friendly. No one ever wants to visit the vet emergency, but when you do you want to know that your pet is going to be in the best hands and the level of care and service are always on point here at 404.

Dave provided a calm reassuring voice on the phone when I called with questions the staff was kind and gentle with our dog abs the vet was.very thorough and wanted to be sure we understood the findings

We brought our dog in for a follow-up x-ray. He had TPLO surgery six months ago. Dr. Kiesel saw us punctually and was very thorough as always. We are extremely happy with the surgery results. Dr. Kiesel also did TPLO surgery on our dog's other knee 2 1/2 years ago. He now walks totally normally.

I was surprised I brought X-rays but new ones were recommended. Blood work was just done but again you recommended new ones. I paid $1,500.00, way too much money. I was very disappointed

The admin staff was professional and courteous.

Special thanks to Laura (Vet tech) who demonstrated compassion and understanding. She helped us through the process of decision making for further care of our elderly, very sick and terminally ill cat. She made us very comfortable and accommodated our needs despite a busy clinic. We received exemplary care from her.

Dr. Cynthiia (Vet on call) was courteous.

But she came through to be more concerned about the charges for care. She also seemed to lack knowledge regarding reason for renal failure in cats..She stated renal failure is an old age phenomenon! Perhaps that statement is sufficient for majority of pet owners, but inaccurate scientifically. Vetinary physicians ought to be able to explain etiology, pathology and prognosis of this very common ailment causing major morbidity and mortality in feline patients.

That is my only reason to rate VCA 4 stars.

My experience with the Hospital was excellent with regard to everything that had to do with the pre-surgery evaluation, the operation and the after care by the surgeon (Dr. Kevin Isakow) hospital technicians and carers. All the staff were very helpful, kind and understanding of our anxieties.

Following my dog's surgery and release from hospital, we received two calls on consecutive days to follow up on his recovery progress which were very much appreciated.

I would highly recommend the hospital to anyone I know - especially since this is now Bandit's second experience with Dr. Kevin Isakow and the staff at the hospital.

I could do with out the upsell attempts. I keep up with the maintenance on my truck. My valve stem caps were not tightened back down after the tire pressure check. If I wouldn't have checked them when I got home they would have fallen off while I was on the road. Was not as happy with the service this time as in times past.
