Our work is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for patients of all ages. We strive to provide comprehensive care, educate each patient to the best of our ability, and provide a pathway to healthy smiles for life!
APPOINTMENTS
Should you need to change your appointment date or time, we require a 48 hour notice to avoid a charge of $25.00. This ensures we are able to offer the most convenient times to you and our other patients.
INSURANCE POLICIES
To assist our patients, we will file insurance claims for each visit. We accept most insurance plans and we are network providers for: Assurant, Aetna PPO, Anthem Blue 300, Cigna PPO, Connection Dental Network, Delta Dental Premier and PPO, Metlife, Principal, and Health Resources. Hoosier Healthwise welcome. We will assist you in determining your dental benefits and how to best maximize those benefits.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
Financial obstacles should not stand in the way of your healthy smile! Our office accepts cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. Zero interest and low interest payment plans are also available through our financial partners; Care Credit. Applications can be processed by our office or in the privacy of your own home. Okay, so first off I was super grateful for these guys being able to fit me in the same day I had a dental emergency. For that they got the two stars. And that's the only reason. So first off the hygenist (sorry for spelling) harassed me about not getting teeth cleaned as often as I should...ok I get that it's needed and a must to keep your teeth. But she just kept going on and,in about it. So the dentist walks up( by this time my first toothache happening just got a lashing for lack of,taking care of,my teeth when my previous dentist hurt me badly so out of fear I stopped, and excuse, but honest one. So he comes up. Already cocky looking and couldn't be less thrilled to be there. Starts asking question over and over like I was lying about my toothache and lying about it being the only thing that hurt. Like he thought I just wanted to blow 115 dollars for an xray because I was bored or something. But by the end they were very accommodating in trying to schedule me an appointment there, hell why wouldn't they want 3,000 in there pocket. So I will. Never ever go back there. I will deal with the pain till my dentist has an opening. This was one of the most degrading, rude, interactions I have ever dealt with.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Johnson was very good and did eventually get my very hard to numb mouth numb. I had two extractions done and had very little pain afterwords. Dr. Johnson did call the next day to check on me and make sure there were no issues or concerns before the weekend. I am impressed with everyone I have met.
