I had a terrific experience. The tires were taking longer than expected and I had an appointment I had to make. John Brienza understood my situation and immediately offered to take me home and bring my son back so he could continue to wait for the truck. Once home I was able to hop into another of our vehicles and get to my appointment. I would not have been able to make my appointment if John did not extend himself on behalf of American Tire. Dale checked me in and he was very efficient and professional. Once again I had a terrific experience.
