Dr. Tucker was great, vet tech was great, front desk was okay. The most frustrating thing about Animed are the phones. If you can get thru you get asked if it’s an emergency or can you be put on hold. I was watching the front desk staff after my appointment and the staff were putting people on hold no matter if they were busy or not. It may be a good idea to have staff just strictly for phones and appointment setting. I’ve never experienced this issue anywhere else I’ve taken my animals. It’s great you are busy and making those dollar bills but people don’t want to be put on hold all the time.
