Color too dark. Roots are much darker than strands. Instructor did not listen to what I wanted as the student had a lighter choice. Staining was really obvious and I had to cancel lunch plans because of the stains on my ears, hairline and temples.

Doc was pleasant enough, and answered all my questions patiently. Excessive charge for Contact lens fitting not covered by insurance. $185, really, for the extra 5 minutes ! In addition to what was charged to my insurance. Quite a nice hourly wage and I was told that amount in advance but it needn’t have been so high. Once you’re there and you have the appointment it would’ve been more inconvenient to leave and look for another provider.
