The examination process is excellent. However, I am not happy with the checkout process as in purchasing products. This is just from the treatment when I ask for my prescription to shop price. The two ladies who helped us the past two years seem to get upset when I don't purchase products from them. I understand trying to make money, but if I can save money by shopping elsewhere, then that makes good sense to me. I saved a substantial amount at Sam's Club last year, and this year I saved $25. Their contacts are less expensive and they give me the rebates as well. While Sam's is not in network, they do have the Air Optix rebates. I was told this year, by your office, that Sam's does not take VSP and does not offer the rebates, both, of which, are untrue. As of now, I will continue to get my family's eye exams at Bifano's because we really like the doctors, and we were told that we could continue to get our exams there even though we do not purchase your products; however, that checkout process is painful and makes me think twice every time we get our exams. This is not intended to throw anyone under the bus but to share my reasons for shopping elsewhere. I would love to buy all our products from you and will if the price ever comes in line with Sam's. I would even pay a little more for the convenience of one-stop shopping.
