Nicholas and Victoria were amazing, I feel like a whole new woman. My monstrous eyebrows are tamed and look the best they ever have and Nicholas took my shabby hair, my general description and transformed me. Already told my mom to make an appointment.

I first came to the salon after experiencing major hair loss last year. Tural was so kind and understanding he suggested cutting my hair short. I'd never had short hair before in my life.But I went back recently and got it cut even shorter.I love it! He took what was a super traumatic experience in my life and turned it into a very positive one.

I love the results that I get at Bonne Vie, but there are some perpetual issues with how things are run. Yesterday my haircut began 45 minutes late. I understand that this happens occasionally, but the problem is that this is the third time in a row that this has happened. I also had to have my hair washed twice because someone put the wrong shampoo on. I appreciate that I was given a complementary hair mask, but it still didn’t solve the lateness issue. Also, my eyebrows never got waxed, which I’d requested when I made my appointment. Again, the salon is beautiful, and I’ve never gotten a bad haircut, but I think they need to adjust some things with scheduling/time management.

UMIT was exceptionally knowledgeable showed great care in my treatments. He knelt. w from our consultation what I was trying to do and did more than I thought possible. I will definitely book with him for future treatments.

I’ve been going to this establishment for many years now I’ve always seen Terrell. He is truly one of a kind hairstylist. I highly recommend they are all very good stylist.
