I had whitening done the other day, and their wasn't much coordination between the doctors. When I first arrived the doctors assistant was unaware I was getting the in-house whitening procedure. So that delayed some time. Second, they had a couple doctors that were doing my whitening and one of them thought I was only on my 3rd 15min session, when I was really on my 5th session! Seemed to be some lack of communication and coordination from all parties involved.
The process was good, but I did not get any information on what to expect after, and about 4 hrs later when I was home, my teeth were incredibly sore and sensitive from the whitening. I wish they would have at least gave me a prescription for something that I could have taken or mentioned that could happen and how to manage.
Doctors were super nice, but I think the lack of coordination resulted in my frustration.
