Service Manager was excellent , Tony who did the work on my A/C was great and did an excellent job. I had a good experience and will return if I have any future problems.

Most of the time, Carlisle does great. Occasionally, there is a long wait at the parts counter or for help on the phone. This is generally in the summer when they are super busy.
We have had several parts failures too, especially compressors. Really wish that Carlisle paid labor when we have to reinstall parts. May have to find another supplier that does pay labor, as many AC installations are quite labor intensive.
