My family and I have been to this office for at least 5 year for fillings, bridgework, cleanings, etc. We have always paid by credit card or with cash at the conclusion of the service. This time, as I was headed to the exam chair, the lady who receives payment stood and said that I needed to prepay a particular amount, which was higher than I the quote I received the previous day. When I told the hygienist that the dentist had quoted me a different price the previous day, he passed by stating, "oh, so you're calling me a liar?". I felt uncomfortable with the comment, so I went home without having the work done.
