I seemed to wait a long time to be seen. I also was not told of the move of the office when I called in with a dental problem and therefore went to the wrong office. If this was the reason for such a long wait, it could have been better if I had been given the new address.
We apologize for the confusion of which location your appointment was in. During our original move last year we did our best to inform patients of the new address, but unfortunately may have missed some. Regardless to location this would not affect wait time unless arrival time is a factor. We may have emergencies arise that may run our schedules a little behind, but we should inform our patients if this is the case.. Again we apologize for the miscommunication and would love the opportunity to speak with you and discuss, so that we may use this as a training tool.
